Sfincione Fest 2025 — the eighth edition

The 2025 edition, the eighth of the event, was held in Bagheria from November 20 to 23, confirming the Sfincione Fest as one of Sicily's premier food and wine events. The hub for tastings was Corso Umberto I, with the «sfincione houses» area, while Piazza Garibaldi hosted the «Pizza Taste» section and Villa Palagonia featured moments of taste and culture.

In the kitchen, Michelin-starred chefs and well-known faces such as Tony Lo Coco, Nino Ferreri, Pierluigi Gallo, Ciro Sicignano, and Giuliana Germiniasi took turns, alongside masterclasses, show-cooking, and the «Pizza of Identity» competition. On the Piazza Madrice stage, free concerts by Alan Sorrenti and Povia, as well as the 90s DJ set by Mauriziotto, entertained the crowd, with comedian Sasà Salvaggio as the event ambassador. The event attracted over 130,000 visitors.
