Settimana del Brodetto di Porto Recanati

The XXVII edition of the Settimana del Brodetto was held in Porto Recanati from June 7th to 14th, 2025. For one week, participating restaurants along the seafront and in the town centre offered the brodetto alla portorecanatese, the famous fish soup prepared without tomato and flavoured with Conero saffron, at the promotional price of €22, accompanied by local wines.

The initiative, promoted by the Municipal Administration together with the Pro Loco and the Accademia del Brodetto e Tipicità, confirmed the role of brodetto as the signature dish of the Conero Riviera and the Province of Macerata. To top off the calendar, the Brodetto Show in Piazza Brancondi featured show-cooking, tastings, and entertainment.
