Edition 2025 — Sceblasti Festival

The 2025 edition of the Sceblasti Festival took place in Zollino on August 2 and 3, 2025. For two evenings, the historic center of the Grecìa Salentina village came alive with stalls featuring traditional Salento focaccia baked in wood-fired ovens, food and wine stands, live music, and pizzica dancing. As always, admission was free, confirming the popular and convivial vocation of one of the most authentic festivals in the Lecce area.

The 2025 Sceblasti Festival was held in Zollino, in the province of Lecce, on Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3, 2025. In the heart of Grecìa Salentina, between Piazza Sant'Antonio and the streets of the historic center, the stalls offered freshly baked scèblasti, the rustic durum wheat focaccia with olives, onions, zucchini, capers, and chili, along with other Salento culinary specialties.

The two evenings featured live music, pizzica groups, and moments dedicated to Griko culture, with the usual free admission. The edition confirmed the success of an event that, since 1996, has promoted a typical product of Zollino's peasant tradition, attracting visitors from all over Salento.
