Sapori nel Borgo 2025, the fourth edition

On Saturday, August 2, 2025, Borgo Castello in Terelle hosted the fourth edition of Sapori nel Borgo, organized by the Pro Loco Terelle association with the patronage of the Municipality of Terelle and the Lazio Region, as part of the "Il Borgo del Buon Respiro" summer program. From 6:00 PM, the ancient streets of the historic center were transformed into a tasting trail dedicated to Ciociaria cuisine: polenta with pork spare rib sauce, pecora alla terellese, pasta with sausage, mushrooms, and truffle, zita with meat sauce, sausage and beans, tripe, fried pizza, truffle bruschetta, skewers, cheeses, and traditional desserts, including cannoli with ricotta from Picinisco and pistachio brittle. The evening was accompanied by the live music of the Controra Trio, blending folk sounds and convivial atmospheres, in one of the most attended evenings of the summer in the Comino Valley.
