Sapori & Mestieri – Brisce de Corposano

In 2025, the Sapori & Mestieri – Brisce de Corposano fair confirmed its autumn format in San Giustino. The 'brisce' of Corposano served as the common thread between the food stalls in Piazza del Municipio and the Village of Taste set up in the cloister of Castello Bufalini. Alongside gastronomy, the event highlighted ancient crafts and artisan work, gatherings of historic vehicles such as the Vespa Club and vintage tractors, tasting dinners, and conferences dedicated to agriculture. This event, promoted by the Accademia Enogastronomica della Valtiberina and the Cooperativa Sangiustinese, involved schools, associations, and cultural institutions of the Upper Tiber Valley area.
