Edition 2025 — Sapori e Saperi del Velino
The 12th edition of Sapori e Saperi del Velino was held on Saturday, September 20, and Sunday, September 21, 2025, in Rosciolo dei Marsi (Magliano de' Marsi, AQ), organized by Pro Loco Rosciolo in collaboration with the Municipality of Magliano de' Marsi.
The cultural program opened on Saturday afternoon at 4:30 PM in the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie with a conference on territorial sustainability and nutrition, featuring contributions from experts in archaeology, tourism, biodiversity, and local products. On Sunday morning at 11:00 AM, the thousand-year-old church of Santa Maria in Valle Porclaneta hosted a meeting dedicated to the Benedictine soul, exploring spirituality, history, and the territory.
The food stalls opened on Saturday evening at 6:30 PM, offering typical Marsican dishes—from arrosticini to sagne, and from truffle-based products to local cheeses—accompanied by a selection of wines from the best wineries, served by expert sommeliers. The festival continued until Sunday lunch, concluding in the afternoon.
