Sapori d'Autunno 2025 in Opi
The 2025 edition of the food and wine festival organized by Pro Loco Opi was held on Saturday, November 1st, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, in the historic center of the village in the L'Aquila province. The program included a foliage hike in the morning through the woods of the Abruzzo National Park, a rural market in the afternoon, and, along the stone alleys, the tasting of traditional dishes: cecatelli with beans, roasted chestnuts, arrosticini, scamorza, and local wine.
From 6:30 PM, live music and folk songs enlivened the evening, warmed by bonfires lit in the square. In this edition as well, a gluten-free stand sponsored by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) was set up, featuring the festival's specialties in a gluten-free version.
