Edition 2025 — La Pulentada
The 2025 edition of Sapori d'Autunno - La Pulentada was held from November 15th to 23rd in the Lavagna di Comazzo hamlet, at the Oratorio San Bassiano Vescovo in Piazza San Bassiano. Organised by the Comitato sagra La Pulentada, it repeated the successful formula: a large heated marquee in the parish courtyard and a menu of autumn Lombard dishes with polenta as the star – cassoeula with polenta, braised meat with polenta, pork knuckle with baked potatoes, and polenta with gorgonzola.
