Edition 2025 — Sapore di Sala

In 2025, the young Pro Loco Sala di Cesenatico APS took its first steps, enlivening the hamlet of Sala with a series of initiatives dedicated to Romagnola cuisine, music, and village social life. That associative ferment, made up of gastronomic stands, events, and parties that involved residents and visitors, laid the groundwork for Sapore di Sala, the gastronomic festival that has brought the community together for three evenings of taste and fun since 2026.

2025 was a year of growth for the Pro Loco Sala di Cesenatico APS, the association founded to revitalize the hamlet of Sala, in the hinterland of Cesenatico (Forlì-Cesena). Through gastronomic stands featuring traditional Romagnola dishes, musical events, and village celebrations, the Pro Loco brought together the community of this corner of the Romagnola countryside, known for its farms, shops, and restaurants.

It is from this vibrancy that Sapore di Sala was born: the festival, in its first edition in June 2026, builds on the initiatives of 2025 and transforms them into an event dedicated to good food, paella, street artists, and beer. An example of how Romagnola Pro Loco associations can enhance even smaller hamlets, far from the Riviera's spotlight.
