SaporDei 2025: The Second Edition

The second edition of SaporDei was held on May 10 and 11, 2025, in Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini in San Secondo Parmense, in the province of Parma, at the foot of the Rocca dei Rossi. The event, promoted by the Municipality of San Secondo Parmense in collaboration with Bi&Bi Eventi and curated by Elisa Storti, celebrated the food and wine excellences of the Parma area, blending tradition and culinary innovation.

The Three Kitchens format featured the restaurants Soj of Parma (woods route), Xena of Genoa (river route), and Brisla of Parma (land route), alongside guided tastings, workshops for children, show cooking, evening concerts, and a market of local products. Wine service was provided by local businesses, completing a two-day event dedicated to taste and the enhancement of the village's historical and artistic heritage.
