From that miracle, an unbreakable bond was born between the town and its protector, passed down from generation to generation and celebrated with great fervor to this day.

The procession of the reliquary statue

The heart of the festivities is the evening procession of the Santa Barbara reliquary statue, which winds through the streets of the historic center accompanied by a brass band and the choral participation of the faithful. The most emotional moment is the final run toward Piazza Santa Barbara, where the return of the statue is greeted by a fireworks display, amidst applause, emotion, and deep popular devotion.
