Edition 2025 — Sand'Martìn

The 2025 edition of Sand'Martìn took place in San Severo on November 8th and 9th in the city's historic center. As per tradition, the new wine festival brought Piazza Municipio and the Galleria Nino Casiglio to life with open wineries, San Severo DOC tastings, food stalls featuring typical products, masterclasses, show cooking, and live music, attracting thousands of visitors from across the Capitanata region.

On Saturday, November 8th, and Sunday, November 9th, 2025, San Severo renewed its appointment with Sand'Martìn, the new wine festival organized by the Daunia Enoica Cultural Association in collaboration with the Municipality. The historic center — from Piazza Municipio to the Galleria Nino Casiglio — hosted local wineries, tasting stands, Daunian gastronomy stalls, and a rich calendar of cultural initiatives for two days.

At the heart of the event, as always, were the new wine and the wines of the San Severo DOC, accompanied by masterclasses, show cooking, exhibitions, and live music. The edition confirmed Sand'Martìn as one of the most attended autumn food and wine events in the province of Foggia.

Programme

Saturday, November 8th and Sunday, November 9th, 2025

Two days dedicated to new wine and the San Severo DOC, with the historic center transformed into a food and wine trail. The documented format of the event included:

  • Open wineries and tasting stands from local producers
  • Food stalls with typical products and traditional Daunian dishes
  • Masterclasses and guided tastings of new wine and San Severo DOC
  • Show cooking with local chefs
  • Live music, exhibitions, and entertainment in the historic center

Main locations: Piazza Municipio, the Palazzo Celestini area, and the Galleria Nino Casiglio.
