San Miniato White Truffle National Fair

2025 Edition (54th)

The 54th San Miniato White Truffle National Fair was held over the three weekends of November 15-16, 22-23, and 29-30, 2025, in the historic center of San Miniato (PI), organized by the Fondazione San Miniato Promozione, chaired by Azzurra Gronchi.

This edition marked a new identity for the event, extending it to the entire San Miniato Hills territory, which brings together thirty municipalities between the Province of Pisa and the Metropolitan City of Florence. Stalls featuring truffles and Tuscan delicacies animated Piazza del Duomo, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Dante, and the Loggiati di San Domenico, amidst cooking shows, tastings, and series such as Letture al tartufo and Tartufi Sonori. Among the highlights was the meeting "Truffle as a meeting point between Alba and San Miniato" with the mayor of Alba, Alberto Gatto, and Stefano Mosca, director of the International Alba White Truffle Fair. The event recorded thousands of visitors during each of the three weekends.
