Edition 2025 — San Martino Festival

The 2025 edition of the San Martino Festival in Linguaglossa took place in November, around St. Martin's Day, featuring the traditional Etna Barrel Palio in the historic center and a gastronomic village in the main square. Polenta with sausage, roasted chestnuts, mulled wine, and Etna wines enlivened the festival, which was part of the Wine Tourism Movement's 'Cantine Aperte a San Martino' initiative.

The 2025 San Martino Festival

In 2025, Linguaglossa once again celebrated the Etna autumn with its San Martino Festival in November. The highlight was the Etna Barrel Palio, a race between teams rolling wine barrels through the village streets, followed by tastings in the gastronomic village.

Festival flavors included: polenta with sausage, roasted chestnuts, mulled wine, and fine Etna wines. The event was part of the Cantine Aperte a San Martino period, with numerous local wineries opening their doors for tours and tastings, confirming the town's strong bond with wine culture.
