San Marone Music Park

An evening of music and community in Civitanova Marche

San Marone Music Park is the mini-festival that every year, at the beginning of June, transforms the sports fields of the San Marone Salesian Oratory into an open-air stage in the homonymous district of Civitanova Marche, in the province of Macerata. The initiative, organized by the Salesian community and the San Marone Parish, has grown year after year to become one of the most anticipated events of the Civitanova summer.

Music, art, and good food

The heart of the event is live music: each edition brings bands and singer-songwriters to the stage, often young talents from the Marche and Umbria regions, in a program designed to showcase the emerging music scene. A rich array of offerings revolves around the concert:

• art exhibitions and live painting stations;
• food stalls open until late at night and local craft beers;
• an area dedicated to children with games, inflatables, and face painting.

Admission is free, in line with the popular and family-friendly spirit of the event, which aims to be first and foremost a celebration open to the entire city.

The San Marone community celebration

The Music Park is part of the calendar of celebrations related to San Marone, a figure deeply cherished in Civitanova Marche, and traditionally concludes with the Oratory's Community Festival: a day of raffles, charity tombola, lucky dips, music, and games, which cheerfully closes the weekend of festivities.

Overlooking the Adriatic Sea, Civitanova Marche is one of the most vibrant towns on the Marche coast: between the seafront, the bars, and the summer events, San Marone Music Park represents one of the events that inaugurate the season, offering residents and visitors an evening of music and conviviality just a stone's throw from the sea.
