Levada's Spring Festival
The San Bonifacio Festival takes place in the hamlet of Levada, part of the municipality of Ponte di Piave in the province of Treviso. It is held in May and lasts about ten days, enlivening the festival area of the small village along the Piave countryside. It is one of those village festivals that mark spring in the Marca Trevigiana, blending gastronomic tradition and social gathering.
Spit Roast, Dancing, and Cycling
The heart of the festival is the food stand, well-stocked with traditional Venetian dishes, alongside a charity raffle. The evenings are dedicated to dancing and live music, with events such as the beer night and the giant spit roast dinner, an unmissable specialty of Treviso festivals. To round off the weekend, there's a non-competitive cycling tour of about 25 kilometers through the countryside and a concert of Latin American and Venetian dialect music.
A Community Celebration
The event is organized by the local hamlet committee, with the involvement of the parish and volunteers from Levada. More than a tourist attraction, it is an occasion for the inhabitants of the village and nearby towns to gather, in the authentic spirit of Venetian country festivals.

How to get there
Levada is a hamlet of Ponte di Piave, in the province of Treviso, on the left bank of the Piave River. By car from Treviso, follow the SR53 towards Oderzo, then turn off for Ponte di Piave and Levada.
