Edition 2025 — Sambuca Truffle Festival
From June 20 to 22, 2025, Sambuca di Sicilia hosted the second edition of the Sambuca 'Black Gold' Truffle Festival, organized by the municipal administration. For three days, the historic center of the Agrigento village was transformed into a journey dedicated to the truffles of the Sicani Mountains, featuring tastings, show cooking, guided tours, truffle hunting, trekking, and workshops on truffle cultivation.
The 2025 edition was part of the Romantic Night calendar of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, confirming the link between gastronomic enhancement and the tourism promotion of the village, which joined the national City of Truffles association in 2022.
