Edition 2025 — Saliscendi

The 2025 edition of Saliscendi was held on Sunday, May 25, in Santa Vittoria d'Alba, with departures from Piazza Bertero between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The 4 km food and wine walk through the hills and the historic center featured five gourmet stops, from crostini with anchovies to bonet, with Roero wines at every stop.

Saliscendi 2025

On Sunday, May 25, 2025, Santa Vittoria d'Alba renewed its appointment with Saliscendi, the Pro Loco's food and wine walking tour. Departures took place from Piazza Bertero between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM along the 4 km loop between the historic center and the hills.

The five-stop menu

The 2025 edition featured crostini with anchovies and olive pâté, hand-cut Fassona beef tartare, ragù ravioli, grilled sausage with potatoes, and the traditional bonet to finish, always with a glass of wine at each stop and alternatives for vegetarians and celiacs.
