Three days of celebration in the heart of Pieve Porto Morone
In the Pavia plains, a short distance from the border with the Lodi area, Pieve Porto Morone (province of Pavia) celebrates its patron saint Saint Victor the Martyr with a festival that has always been the most anticipated event of the year. Three days during which the town center, from Piazza San Vittore to Via Roma, transforms into a widespread stage of music, flavors, and tradition.
The program blends different genres and atmospheres. It starts with live music, continues with the "Svuota Baule" vintage market that fills Via Roma with toys, books, clothing, and antiques, and culminates with the Street Food Village in Piazza San Vittore, where food trucks offer specialties from around the world. In the evening, the festival ignites with the rhythms and choreography of the Brazil Samba Show, bringing the colors of the Rio Carnival to the square.
Alongside the more spectacular events, the festival maintains its connection with the religious and community dimension: guided tours of the parish church, street games, an exhibition of farm animals, and risotto for everyone tell the rural and popular soul of this village in Lomellina and the Pavia plains.
Organized by the association Pieve in Festa in collaboration with the Municipality, the Saint Victor Festival is a completely free admission event, designed to involve families, young people, and visitors. A perfect opportunity to discover the hospitality and flavors of the province of Pavia on a spring weekend.
The 2026 edition of the Saint Victor Festival takes place from May 8 to 10, 2026, organized by Pieve in Festa in collaboration with the Municipality. Three days of music, street food, and shows with free admission, animating Piazza San Vittore, Via Roma, and the Teatro Oratorio S. Luigi in the heart of the Pavia village.
Pieve Porto Morone (PV) is located in the southeastern Pavia plains, along the SP234 connecting Pavia to Lodi. It is easily accessible by car from the A1 (Casalpusterlengo exit) and the Pavia ring road.
The festival takes place over three days, between Friday and Sunday, in May, with events in Piazza San Vittore, along Via Roma, and at the Teatro Oratorio S. Luigi.
All events are free admission, no reservation required.
