Saint-Oyen Grilled Ham Festival

The 2025 Grilled Ham Festival, in its 45th edition, was held from August 1st to 3rd at the Prenoud sports area in Saint-Oyen, organized by the Pro Loco. The star was the grilled ham, the first and only cooked ham produced in the Aosta Valley: brined with salt, spices, and honey, steamed for 24 hours, and roasted on a spit in a wood-fired oven with local gluten-free craft beer, served with polenta, green beans, or boiled potatoes. The ham could be enjoyed in the food pavilion and in the town's restaurants — including Nouveau Foyer, La Meison de la Polenta-Ristorante Chez Felice, Camping Pineta, La Brasserie du St-Bernard, and Vecchio Mulino. To complete the festivities, entertainment for adults and children organized by the Le Dolì cooperative and a padel tournament, in the heart of the Gran San Bernardo valley, Aosta Valley Region.
