The Saint Michael Festival in Levada di Onigo is the patronal feast of the small rural village of Levada, a hamlet of Pederobba, in the province of Treviso. The heart of the festival is the Mass in honor of Saint Michael, the patron saint of the area, followed by dinner with the traditional spit roast, a prime dish of the Treviso tradition. But the element that makes this festival unique is the 'Tito Teto': the particular sound of the bells, passed down from generation to generation, which during the festival days echoes through the village to call the inhabitants.
