The Patron Saint's Feast
The Settimana di San Donato is the patronal feast of Osio Sotto, a municipality in the Bassa Bergamasca area, in the province of Bergamo. The calendar revolves around August 7th, Saint Donatus's day, and spans about a week, blending religious, civil, and festive aspects. The heart of the celebration is Piazza Papa Giovanni XXIII, the town center.
Between Faith and Celebration
The religious part includes masses and a procession in honor of the patron saint. Alongside these moments, a rich civil program unfolds, which in recent editions has included the night cycling race, dance performances by the Osio Dance Festival, the concert by the Corpo Musicale San Donato, theatrical performances, and concerts by guest artists.

The 2026 edition of the Settimana di San Donato is expected in Osio Sotto around August 7th, for about a week of festivities.
The structure follows that of recent editions: masses and procession, night cycling race, performances by the Osio Dance Festival, concert by the Corpo Musicale San Donato, shows and concerts, stalls, evening funfair, and final fireworks. The complete program will be published by the Municipality as the feast approaches.
