The Festival of Saint Anne
The Saint Anne Festival is the patronal feast of Pieve d'Alpago, one of the historic hamlets of the Municipality of Alpago, in the province of Belluno. It takes place at the end of July, around the saint's feast day celebrated on July 26th, and traditionally occupies the weekend of the week of July 25th.
Flavors of Alpago
The food stand is one of the festival's strong points: on the table, you'll find cheeses, pastin, polenta, and other typical products from the Belluno mountains. Pastin, in particular, is a specialty of minced and spiced meat, a symbol of Alpago tradition. The evenings are enlivened by music and dancing, in a popular festive atmosphere.

Historically, the Saint Anne Festival also hosts a regional beauty pageant, adding a moment of entertainment to the gastronomic and musical events. The Saint Anne Festival returns to Pieve d'Alpago at the end of July 2026. Local press (Corriere delle Alpi) included the festival among the patronal feasts of Alpago scheduled for summer 2026, along with those of Tambre and Puos.
The precise dates (typically Friday-Sunday of the week of July 25th) and the gastronomic and musical program will be announced closer to the event.
