Edition 2025 — Sagra du Gnumridd
On Saturday, August 2, 2025, Piazza Aldo Moro in Poggiorsini hosted a new edition of the Sagra du Gnumridd, part of the Peasant Culture Festival organized by the Pro Loco Poggiorsini. From 8:00 PM, the Alta Murgia village came alive with the grilling of gnumridd, the veal offal rolls, served alongside other typical Apulian specialties.
Musical entertainment was provided by the group Il Pulmino con la musica dentro, which accompanied the evening with live music. The festival, with free admission, confirmed its popular and convivial vocation, featuring tastings, dancing, and exhibitions dedicated to the rural traditions of the area.
Programme
Saturday, August 2, 2025 — Piazza Aldo Moro
- 8:00 PM — Opening of stands and start of tastings: gnumridd (veal offal rolls) grilled on-site, along with other typical Apulian specialties, local wines, and beer.
- Evening — Live music with the group Il Pulmino con la musica dentro.
- Exhibition of antique rural tools and moments dedicated to the peasant culture of the Murgia.
