Sagra dl'Articiòch

The first edition of the Sagra dl'Articiòch debuted in Costigliole d'Asti on May 17 and 18, 2025, launching an event entirely dedicated to the Carciofo Astigiano della Valtiglione e del Sorì, a Slow Food Presidium. On Saturday, the market of local products animated Via Roma and Piazza Umberto I from 6:00 PM to midnight, followed by the Pro Loco's themed dinner and a concert by Handful of Blues. On Sunday, the market continued from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a band parade, the Artichoke Lunch at 12:30 PM, and an afternoon DJ set. The Pro Loco menus featured fritters, flans with fondue, stuffed pasta, and main courses all based on artichokes, in both traditional and creative versions.
