Saint Louis Gonzaga in Gadesco

The Sagra di San Luigi Gonzaga is the patronal festival of the hamlet of Gadesco, part of the Municipality of Gadesco-Pieve Delmona, in the province of Cremona. Saint Louis Gonzaga, the young Jesuit from a noble Mantuan family who died at just 23 and was proclaimed patron of youth, is the saint venerated by the hamlet, which celebrates him every year on the second Sunday of September.
