Edition 2025 — Autumn Sagra di' Bollito
The 2025 edition of the autumn Sagra di' Bollito, now in its 11th year, brought the most authentic flavors of Tuscan peasant cuisine to Pelago, in the Valdisieve. The festival took place over two weekends, October 17-19 and 24-26, 2025, indoors at the Centro Pastorale Giorgio La Pira.
Service was organized into multiple seatings: dinner on Friday and Saturday (seatings at 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM) and lunch on Sunday (seatings at 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM). The menu featured chicken liver crostini, tortellini in broth, lesso rifatto, and gran bollito, roast beef with french fries, and traditional desserts like crostata and castagnaccio. Reservations were recommended to secure a table.
Programme
Friday and Saturday — Dinner in two seatings, 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Sunday — Lunch in two seatings, 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM.
