The 8th edition of the Sagra della Spalla enlivened Schilpario in June 2025 with the grand long table along the village street, 'spalla cotta', polenta, and local cheeses, accompanied by live music, confirming it as one of the most beloved gastronomic evenings in Val di Scalve.

In 2025, the 8th edition of the Sagra della Spalla brought hundreds of diners to Schilpario around the now-famous long table set up along the village's main street. The menu, featuring 'spalla cotta', polenta, and cheeses from Val di Scalve, along with live music, turned the evening into a true community celebration. Organized by the Atiesse association, the festival reaffirmed its appeal, remaining one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of the summer in the upper Bergamo province.
