Sopressa Festival 2025

In 2025, the Sagra della Sopressa De.C.O. celebrated its 56th edition, from August 8th to 15th, in Piazzale delle Scuole in Valli del Pasubio, province of Vicenza. The star was the De.C.O. sopressa, the symbolic cured meat of the town at the foot of Mount Pasubio.

The food stand, featuring sopressa and traditional dishes, was complemented by concerts, dancing evenings, guided excursions on Mount Pasubio, and museum visits, culminating in the grand finale with fireworks on the night of Ferragosto. This event, organized by the Pro Loco, reaffirmed the town's strong connection to its cured meat tradition.
