Sagra della Polenta di Cuveglio

The Sagra della Polenta 2025 was held from Friday, July 11th to Sunday, July 13th at the Baita Santa Maria, on via Battaglione San Martino in Cuveglio, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Polenta was the star in multiple preparations: with bruscitt, with beef stew and mushrooms, taragna, as well as versions with gorgonzola. Among the main courses: braised beef, roast, braised veal shank with potatoes, and sandwiches with sausage or cured meats.

Every evening featured live music with an orchestra. On Sunday, July 13th, from 10:00 AM, a gathering of Mazda MX-5 cars took place, with an exhibition, test drives with the MX-5 Insubria & Laghi club, and a raffle for an MX-5, combining gastronomic tradition and passion for cars.
