Edition 2025 — Sagra della Polenta
In 2025, Sant'Angelo del Pesco once again celebrated the Sagra della Polenta on August 13th, with frascatelli made from corn polenta, beans, and pork rind served in the piazza. This festive evening, revived since 2016, celebrates the gastronomic traditions of the village in the highest Molise region, just a few days before the feast of San Rocco.
In 2025, the Sagra della Polenta returned to Sant'Angelo del Pesco (IS) for the August 13th event, dedicated to frascatelli: corn polenta with beans and pork rind, cooked according to the traditional recipe. Founded in 2016 to revive the village's lost traditions, the sagra animated the village piazza with food stalls, music, and conviviality, taking place a few days before the feast of San Rocco on August 16th.
