Sagra del Salame Nostrano Val Trompia

The Sagra del Salame Nostrano Val Trompia 2025 took place on Sunday, October 19, in San Colombano di Collio (Province of Brescia), along via Bondegno, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The day, organised by the Pro Loco of Collio, began with a spectacular demonstration of pork processing, from grinding to stuffing, and continued with an exhibition by butchers, the salami tying competition with awards, bresciano-style roast spit with polenta, accordion music, and stalls of typical products. This edition confirmed the festival as one of the most cherished gastronomic events in the upper Val Trompia.
