Sagra del Quarantì

The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Quarantì confirmed the usual end-of-August format in Roccafranca, with the food stand open every evening featuring dishes of forty-day polenta and specialties of Brescian tradition. Alongside the dining, the event offered its cultural section, consisting of exhibitions, reenactments, and gatherings, as well as the evenings of music and dancing that have always enlivened the town's historic centre.

As every year, the Sagra brought together the Organizing Committee and local associations in the common goal of keeping alive the memory of an indigenous cereal saved from oblivion.
