Even though Melegnano is far from the coast, every year between late May and early June, the Municipality in the Province of Milan transforms into the capital of seafood cuisine in the area. The Sagra del Pesce is an anticipated event that attracts thousands of visitors with its wide gastronomic offer and its program of shows.
A thousand seats under cover
The strength of the organization is the large covered structure in Via Lazio, with over a thousand seats: a solution that guarantees comfort and continuity even in case of bad weather. Here, you can enjoy the festival's fish specialties, including:
- mixed fried fish
- seafood linguine
- numerous other seafood dishes
Shows and concerts
The Sagra del Pesce is not just about food: every evening is enlivened by a packed entertainment schedule, with comedy acts, magic shows, and live concerts, including performances by tribute bands dedicated to the great names of Italian music. A program designed to accompany dinner and turn the evening into a true celebration.

In addition to taste and fun, the event stands out for its commitment to solidarity: part of the initiative is dedicated to fundraising and donations for the local community. Sagra del Pesce — edition 2026
The Sagra del Pesce di Melegnano 2026 enlivens southern Milan over two weekends: from May 30 to June 2 and from June 6 to 8, in the covered area of Via Lazio 2.
The large structure, with over a thousand seats, hosts the festival's fish specialties accompanied by an evening program of shows, comedy acts, and tribute concerts. Admission is free and you can reserve your seat for free on the official website.

How to get there
Melegnano is connected to Milan by the Milan-Lodi-Piacenza railway line (Trenord). By car, take the Melegnano exit from the A1 motorway. The festival takes place in the covered area at Via Lazio 2.
Admission and reservation
Admission is free. You can reserve your seat for free on the official website sagra-del-pesce.it/melegnano.
Opening hours
Fridays from 7:00 PM to midnight; Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to midnight.
