Edition 2025 — Sagra del Cinghiale
The Sagra del Cinghiale e Birre Artigianali returned to Ponzano di Fermo (FM) in the summer of 2025, reaffirming its status as one of the most popular gastronomic events in the province of Fermo. The event, organized by the Pro Loco Tre Colli, was announced by specialized local press in late July 2025.
The food stalls featured the specialties that have made the festival famous: handmade tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, polenta seasoned with the same sauce, and wild boar in salmì, a stew flavored with local herbs and vegetables. Completing the offering were local wine and a selection of craft beers, with alternative menus for those who prefer not to eat game.
The evenings were enlivened by live music, creating a festive atmosphere that brought together locals and tourists in the historic center of the village, nestled in the Marche hills.
