The festival of Falzè in honor of the Madonna del Carmine

The Sagra del Carmine is the historic event of the hamlet of Falzè di Trevignano, in the Marca Trevigiana. Born in honor of the Madonna del Carmine, long venerated in this village, the sagra is organized by the parish of San Girolamo and traditionally takes place in July, at the parish facilities in via 4 Novembre.

Good food under the marquee

The sagra is known for its food: evenings dedicated to spiedo (spit-roasted meat), tagliata (sliced steak), rabbit, and pork knuckle alternate during the festival days, served under a large covered wooden structure that ensures the possibility of dining in peace even in case of bad weather. A formula that makes it a meeting point for the inhabitants of Trevignano and neighboring municipalities.

Lottery, funfair, and tradition

Alongside the food stalls, the Sagra del Carmine offers a lottery, a funfair, and entertainment for all ages, in a village festival atmosphere that renews the bond between the community and its religious tradition every year. A summer event that tells the soul of the sagre (village festivals) in the province of Treviso, in the Veneto region.
