Sagra dei Pizzoccheri e del Gnocco Fritto

The 2025 edition of the Sagra dei Pizzoccheri e del Gnocco Fritto in Caglio was held at the end of July, organized by Pro Caglio. The festival celebrated pizzoccheri prepared according to the original Valtellina recipe — with buckwheat, potatoes, savoy cabbage, and cheese — alongside gnocco fritto, other Lombard specialties, and homemade desserts, accompanied by local wines. The program featured food stalls in the arena, live music, markets for crafts and local products, entertainment for children, and a charity raffle. An evening of great participation, with Caglio's arena packed with food lovers, confirming the success of one of the most beloved summer sagre in the Larian Triangle.
