Edition 2025 — Maccaruni cu Fierr — Calvera

In the summer of 2025, Calvera celebrated miskiglio as part of the La Via del Miskiglio route, promoting the traditional mixed-flour pasta of the Serrapotamo Valley with tastings and cultural events, in a village within the Pollino National Park.

The summer 2025 edition was part of the La Via del Miskiglio project, which unites Calvera, Teana, Fardella, and Chiaromonte in promoting one of the oldest traditions of the Serrapotamo. In Calvera, the festival reaffirmed the deep connection between the village and miskiglio, a humble mixed-flour pasta now recognized as an identity product of inland Basilicata.

The success of the initiative continued beyond the summer: at the GustArte fair in late November 2025, Calvera's miskiglio garnered significant interest, with numerous bookings already made for the 2026 event.
