Edition 2025 — Sagra degli IN
The Sagra degli IN 2025 was held in Cossano Belbo (CN) on May 16 and 17.
Friday, May 16, from 7 PM, the official opening with "IN...Piazza": food stalls with appetizers, tajarin, street food, and traditional desserts. At 10 PM, the grand revival show "Voglio tornare negli Anni 90" (I want to go back to the 90s), accompanied by a cocktail party by Gamondi.
Saturday, May 17, the Sagra transformed into a grand roving dinner through the center streets, featuring guest chefs — including Fulvio Marino with his pizzas (by reservation) and Daniele Persegani with Cristina Lunardini with gnocco fritto and gourmet piadina — alongside Piedmontese classics: vitello tonnato, fassona beef tartare, tajarin, and bollito misto. Entertainment included the rock notes of Sciarada, the "Gli Anni d'Oro" tribute, the popular show by Pjtevarda, and historical animation by Proloco Incisa 1514.
