Edition 2025 — Pizza Sotto lu Focu
In 2025, the Sagra de la Pizza Sotto lu Focu celebrated its 18th edition, spread over two periods: from July 18 to 27 and from July 31 to August 3. The star, as always, was the focaccia baked under the embers, enhanced for the occasion by a much-appreciated novelty: the simple and fragrant pizza with mortadella.
Alongside the gastronomic evenings, the 2025 edition hosted the exhibition "Il '900 a Montefranco" from July 31 to August 3, a true immersion into the past through objects, clothes, images, and stories recounting a century of life in the Valnerina village. Music, entertainment, and conviviality completed a festival that attracts numerous visitors to Montefranco, in the province of Terni, every year.
