Sabina Libri 2025: the culture of food, the taste of the future

The fifth edition of the publishing fair on the Sabina region was held in Poggio Mirteto from May 23 to 25, 2025, with the inauguration and opening of the stands at 10:00 AM along Via Matteotti and in the spaces of the municipal library. The chosen theme, "The culture of food, the taste of the future," guided three days of reflection on the link between Sabina gastronomy, local agriculture, and sustainability challenges.

As every year, the event brought together publishing houses, associations, public and private bodies, schools, publishing professionals, and businesses from the province of Rieti, with presentations of volumes dedicated to villages, archaeology, popular traditions, and nature trails of the Sabina region. Admission was free for all days.
