Edition 2025 — 's Kropfenradl

The 2025 edition of 's Kropfenradl took place on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM in the village square (Dorfplatz) of San Giacomo, Val di Vizze (BZ). The San Giacomo parish choir served traditional Pfitsch Krapfen (Pfitscher Kipfl) and Tirschtla filled with spinach and cabbage. It was possible to pre-order the specialties the day before by calling 335 6973027.

's Kropfenradl 2025

On Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, the village square of San Giacomo/St. Jakob, in the municipality of Val di Vizze/Pfitsch (South Tyrol, province of Bolzano), hosted the 's Kropfenradl gourmet festival organized by the San Giacomo parish choir.

The stars of the day were the Pfitscher Kipfl, the traditional fried Krapfen of the valley, along with Tirschtla filled with spinach and cabbage, specialties of South Tyrolean farmhouse cuisine. Those who wanted to secure their portions could pre-order the day before by calling 335 6973027. In case of bad weather, the festival would have taken place in the village school building.
