14th Rutigliano Cavatello Festival

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, from 8:30 PM, Piazza XX Settembre in Rutigliano (BA) hosted the fourteenth edition of the Cavatello Festival. At the stalls set up in the square, visitors were able to enjoy fresh cavatelli, the typical round and elongated semolina pasta, dressed with various traditional sauces and accompanied by local wine and seasonal fruit.

From 9:00 PM, the evening was enhanced by the concert of La Zanzarita Orchestra – A Tribute to Renzo Arbore, with the special participation of Mariano Caiano, who for over twenty years was the voice of Renzo Arbore's Italian Orchestra, in a show dedicated to the great Neapolitan songs. The event, with free admission, was organized by the municipal Department of Culture and Tourism together with the Committee for the Feasts of the Crucifix and Saint Nicholas.
