Edition 2025 — Ruralia Carcaci

In 2025, Ruralia consolidated its monthly farmers' market formula in the village of Carcaci, a hamlet of Centuripe (EN). Every first Sunday of the month, local producers offered warm ricotta, pane cunzato, pasta with Nero dei Nebrodi ragù, wine, and traditional sweets, accompanied by folk music and entertainment.
