A Half Marathon in the Heart of Polesine
Rovigo in Love is the running event of Rovigo, the capital of Polesine in Veneto, which every February transforms the city into a large race course. The heart of the event is the Brooks Half Marathon, a competitive 21.097 km race recognized by FIDAL, which winds through the historic center and the northern and southern neighborhoods of the city, starting from Corso del Popolo.
For Athletes and Amateurs
Alongside the half marathon, the program offers options for everyone: the Relay in Love, a couples' relay on the same course, and the non-competitive City Run over distances of 5 and 10 km, recognized by UISP, open to families, walkers, and amateurs. A format that has seen the event grow to thousands of participants.
Sport, Celebration, and Solidarity
Rovigo in Love is also music, entertainment, and charity: each edition supports local solidarity causes. Held on Valentine's Day weekend, the "race of love" combines the passion for running with the desire to experience the city, with the patronage of the Municipality, the Province of Rovigo, and the provincial CONI.

The 2026 edition of Rovigo in Love, the ninth, took place on Sunday, February 8th. The Brooks Half Marathon (21.097 km, FIDAL recognized) started at 9:30 AM from Corso del Popolo, winding through the historic center and the northern and southern neighborhoods of Rovigo. Among the novelties was the Relay in Love, a couples' relay on the same course with a handover on Corso del Popolo, alongside the non-competitive City Run of 5 and 10 km (UISP). Registrations exceeded one thousand for the half marathon alone, with thousands of participants overall on this day of sport, music, and solidarity.

How to Get There
Rovigo is on the A13 Bologna-Padova highway and on the Bologna-Padova and Verona-Rovigo train lines. The start and finish are on Corso del Popolo, in the city center.
