Roncaro Rice Festival

In 2025, the festival was held on October 11th and 12th. Saturday evening saw the opening of the food stalls and market stands, with the restaurant offering traditional risottos – including risotto with sausage paste – followed by a disco music evening with hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Sunday featured the opening of the fair and market stands in the morning, the Rice Lunch at midday with traditional dishes, bouncy castles and the "Battesimo della Sella" (Saddle Baptism) for children in the afternoon, and a dancing evening to close. The organisation was handled by the Pro Loco of Roncaro with the patronage of the Municipality.
