Rocca Priora Bruschetta Festival

The 2025 edition

In 2025, the Rocca Priora Bruschetta Festival once again confirmed its place in the summer calendar of the Castelli Romani. Piazzale Zanardelli, the most scenic point in Rocca Priora, hosted the stands of the Santa Maria Assunta in Cielo Parish festival committee for several consecutive evenings: bruschetta in many variations—from the classic with garlic and extra virgin olive oil to versions with tomato, vegetables, local cheeses, and cured meats—accompanied by sandwiches, fried snacks, and homemade desserts, with attention also paid to the needs of celiacs.

The evenings alternated live music, dance orchestras, and family entertainment in a setting made pleasant by the cool hill air. August 16th, the feast of Saint Roch, patron saint of the town, closed the event with religious rites and the procession, confirming the deep bond between the festival and the identity of the Rocca Priora community in the Metropolitan City of Rome.
