Rito dei dij Faseuij Grass (Vico Carnival Bean Feast)

In 2025, Vico di Valchiusa reaffirmed its loyalty to one of the most deep-rooted traditions of the Canavese Carnival: the Rito dei dij Faseuij Grass.

Following the traditional structure of the festival, the blessing of the fat beans was held in Piazza Garibaldi, followed by the free distribution of the bean stew and busie. The dish, prepared according to the traditional recipe with beans and pork, was shared with the community in a festive, popular atmosphere. An event that keeps the memory of the ancient Canavese brotherhoods and the convivial spirit of the Valchiusella alive every year.
