Risotti a Tutta Birra is the festival that the Festival della Cucina Mantovana brings to Marmirolo (Province of Mantua) between May and June. At the Area delle Feste on Via di Vittorio, the kitchens focus on the symbolic dish of Mantuan tradition, risotto, but paired with an unusual star: beer.
A hearty menu
In addition to risottos, the kitchen offers pork knuckle, ribs, chicken, wurstel, and many other grilled specialties, in generous portions and at popular prices. The kitchens open every evening from 7 PM, in a great village festival atmosphere.
Music every evening
The real strong point of the sagra is live music: every evening features a concert, often a tribute band dedicated to the great names of Italian and international music — from Nomadi to Queen, from Cesare Cremonini to Vasco Rossi. A lineup that transforms dinner into a true evening of entertainment for all ages.
Marmirolo and its summer of festivals
Marmirolo, a town in the plains north of Mantua, enjoys a season rich in sagre: Risotti a Tutta Birra is its opening, followed later by the Sagra della Polpetta. Together, these events make the town a reference point for lovers of good food and live music.

From May 28 to June 8, 2026, the Area delle Feste in Marmirolo hosts Risotti a Tutta Birra. The kitchens, open every evening from 7 PM, offer risotto, pork knuckle, ribs, chicken, wurstel, and other specialties, accompanied by beer.
Each evening is enlivened by live music, with tribute bands dedicated to the great names of Italian and international music: among the announced events, tributes to Nomadi, Queen, Cesare Cremonini, and Vasco Rossi.
