Among the most anticipated events in the Molise bocce calendar is the Riccia City Trophy, an individual regional competition held at the Municipal Bocce Stadium of Colle della Macchia, in Riccia, province of Campobasso. The competition attracts a large number of teams — up to eighty — from not only Molise but also Lazio, Campania, Abruzzo, and Puglia, confirming the prestige the event has achieved.
